Project Overview
Hasiru Bhoomi is a farmland resort on Bangalore's rural outskirts — dormitories, rooms and tent stays, acres of land with ATVs and games, a wedding hall, corporate-event spaces and activities like rain dance and zipline, plus in-house catering for parties. It launched with an existing but unpolished logo and no real way to reach the market. We refined the mark, built the website, designed the resort's full physical footprint — signage throughout the property, stationery, brochures — and ran ongoing social and influencer marketing around one positioning: a real farming experience for Bangalore's tech crowd, close enough to be a weekend escape rather than a trip out of the city.
Problem
A very new, unpolished brand far from the city with no way to reach the market — spending on marketing without meaningful sales to show for it, capped around ₹1–3 lakhs a month.
Research
A study of successful resorts with similar offerings, landing on a real differentiator: selling Bangalore's tech professionals an authentic farming experience — morning fog and all — without leaving the city's outskirts.
Solution
A polished logo, a new website, resort-wide signage (parking, direction, slow-zone), print collateral (stationery, brochures) and ongoing social and influencer marketing built around the farm-experience positioning.
Impact
Monthly sales grew from a ₹1–3 lakh ceiling to ₹15–20 lakhs after the rebrand and marketing push, per the client's own figures.
