Project Overview
Markwin Groups is the parent company behind Hasiru Bhoomi and DuelCore — in land acquisition, development and real estate sales in its own right. The group had the Markwin name but no real direction for how to use it, and a logo that didn't hold up. We gave it a role — the parent company — a new logo, and a brand kit to match. A dedicated website is a likely next step, not yet built.
Problem

No formal research phase — the real work was deciding what Markwin Groups should even be: a parent brand, not just another logo.
Solution
A new logo and brand kit, positioned as the parent identity sitting above Hasiru Bhoomi and DuelCore.
